When you submit a tour booking, meeting-room booking or review form on this website, we collect: full name, phone number, email address, and any information you voluntarily provide in the notes field (rental needs, team size, expected dates).
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used only to: respond to your inquiry; confirm and arrange tours or meeting-room bookings; send quotes and offers directly related to your request; and improve our services. We do not use your data for any other purpose without your consent.
4. Data sharing
Form data is transmitted via our form-processing provider (Formspree, Inc. — servers located overseas) before being delivered to Comspace's administrative email. Beyond this technical processor, we do not sell, trade or share your personal data with any third party, except where required by competent state authorities under the law.
5. Retention period
Data is kept in our administrative mailbox for up to 24 months from your last contact, or until you request deletion.
6. Your rights
Under Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection, you have the right to: be informed about processing; give or withdraw consent; access and rectify your data; request deletion or restriction of processing; object to processing; and lodge complaints or claim damages as provided by law. This website uses HTTPS encryption. The receiving mailbox is protected with two-factor authentication. Only authorized Comspace staff can access customer data.
